At Ready When You Are, we're looking for a Film/TV AI production intern to join our fast-moving creative team. You'll help shape real productions where AI plays a starring role. From concept and scripting to storyboarding, post-production, and visual experimentation. We're looking for a technically sharp creative who wants to help build the new hybrid form of graphic and audiovisual production.
About RWYA
RWYA (Ready When You Are) is an AI-driven production house from Antwerp. We create commercials, branded content, and short-form video, fully with AI or in hybrid form, from concept to delivery. Three pillars: AI-generated photography and video, fully AI-driven commercials, and post-production for TV and film, including on-set supervision. We're growing fast, working lean, and experimenting constantly. Knowledge is power, but sometimes you just need to rough up some keyframes.
Who we're looking for
A compositor and motion designer with at least five years of experience who's equally at home in classical post-production and the newest AI workflows. Someone who's technically strong, thinks along creatively, and doesn't wait for instructions to try new tools. You have a healthy fascination with what AI can do inside a production pipeline, and you see tools like ComfyUI not as a threat but as a superpower: a virtual team of 100 interns.

Who you are
- —You have 3+ years of experience in video editing for brands, agencies, or television
- —You're fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

- —You have a strong sense of rhythm, emotion, and storytelling in your edits

Production doesn't run itself. You know that better than anyone. We're looking for a Line Producer who has spent five years making sure production flows, budgets hold, and nobody panics. Someone who can read a production schedule and a ComfyUI workflow in the same morning and find them equally interesting. At RWYA, production looks different. There's no location scout. No catering truck. No endless casting rounds. But there is a brief, a deadline, and a client who expects something they've never seen before. Your job is to make that happen on time, on budget, and without anyone losing their mind.
What you'll do
- —Translate creative briefs into production plans with realistic timelines and budgets
- —Own the process from kickoff to delivery
- —Coordinate between creative, technical, and client teams in a fast-moving environment
- —Identify where AI workflows can replace traditional production steps and plan accordingly
- —Keep multiple projects moving simultaneously without dropping anything
What you bring
- —5 years of experience in a production studio, agency, or broadcast environment
- —Hands-on experience with AI production pipelines, not just awareness of them
- —Working knowledge of ComfyUI and Weavy is required
- —A sharp eye for budgets, planning, and risk before they become problems
- —Experience working with creatives who move fast and change their minds
- —Comfort with ambiguity and the drive to build structure where none exists yet
